Nixa Utility Solar Farm
MC Power Companies and the City of Nixa worked on this project together to add benefit to the city and also help the citizens be greener. The City of Nixa solar farm is the largest solar farm constructed in Missouri to date.
The Nixa, Missouri solar farm is 11.15 megawatts. There are 33,288 335w panels installed. The inverters and transformers were provided by SMA and 4 of them were required. The monitoring is done thru fiber optics with help from Deck Monitoring. The project was engineered, designed and constructed on time and within projected budget.
